architecture. Streets and neighborhoods can be given any names.

doesn't all have to be buildings, either. There are features that will
allow you to build parks throughout the city and mountains surrounding
it.
The SC4 Deluxe Edition also gives YOU the chance to get
behind the wheel. You can actually drive around your own city form first
person point of view. You can get behind the wheel of a police car and
chase after robbers, or get behind the wheel of the getaway car AS a
robber.
You'll get the opportunity to earn more vehicles and
buildings by completing missions. The adventure aspects of SimCity 4 and
Rush Hour expansion make it far more enjoyable than the older versions
of the game.
There's no rule that says the city has to be set in
modern times. Build a futuristic city and insert sci-fi elements. What
would happen if your metropolis was the center of a UFO attack? With the
expansion pack, you will have the option to find out.
