It looks like Rockstar Games is doing it again. If you're looking
forward to the new Grand Theft Auto V, you'll be glad to know that it's
very promising. The graphics are superb, even when compared to previous
GTA games. The setting is in the metropolis of Los Santos. It was once a
popular city for the elite. Now, it has become the home of fading
celebrities and has-been starlets.
It's a fictional city that's
located in the fictional state of San Andreas. Three criminals from
different walks of life plot their chances of success. They include
professional ex-con named Michael, a street hustler named Franklin, and a
maniac named Trevor. Since all three guys are at the lowest points of
their lives, they're willing to risk it at all for a chance of success.
To
say that Grand Theft Auto V is a dynamic world is an understatement.
It's a blend of great storytelling and gameplay. Each game in the series
offers something new to players. In V, players get to jump in and out
of the lives of each of the three characters in order to experience the
storyline from different points of view.
New screenshots of the
game are being released regularly. If you look at them, you'll notice
the quality of the graphics. Thus far, the graphics of the game are
looking superior to those of many other games out there.
There is
no shortage of things for players to do. There is enough content to
keep players entertained for a long time. Some of the activities players
can participate in when experiencing the game from the three
characters' perspectives is jet-skiing, scuba diving, racing, and so
forth.
Multi-player support is offered for those who enjoy the
social aspects of video gaming. It gives players the option to join up
as "crews". It's an interesting and ambitious approach to an open world
multi-player experience.
It's more than just a typical
racing/action game. There's an actual story to be told - and to
participate in. While there is no shortage of action, the gameplay is an
adventure as well.
For instance, the characters will work
together during certain missions, such as bank robberies and chase
sequences. You can switch back and forth between each of the three
characters at any time during a mission. During a chase sequence, you
could snipe pursuers with Franklin, pilot the getaway helicopter as
Trevor, and so forth.
