particularly those of Connor - a half English/half Mohawk warrior. It's
Desmond's machine known as the Animus which allows him to relive those
memories.
A huge portion of the game allows players to
participate in events from the 1750s all the way through the Revolution
itself. You can play the role of a Native American assassin and use an
array of weapons, ranging from tomahawks to guns. In addition to the
battlefields, some of the settings in the game include bustling 18th
century streets, naval battles on the high seas, and more.
This
game features the Anvil Next game engine, which is a stunning new type
of technology that revolutionizes gaming with lifelike animations and
advanced physics. It has won numerous awards and critical acclaim from
IGN, G4, and many other gaming organizations.
Even though it's
not the same American Revolution you learn about in history books, it
can still be an educational experience. You can learn a lot about the
time period, including the weaponry, architecture, and fighting styles.
Assassin's
Creed III, in short, is a multi-genre game that will appeal to everyone
- male and female gamers alike. It offers days' worth of gameplay. Not
only do you have the main storyline to play, but many side missions and
mini-games as well. There is plenty of content to keep you from getting
bored.
Some locations have an open multi-player platform. While
running around in the 18th century, you might come across other players
in areas such as Boston Harbor, Fort Wolcott, a plantation in Virginia,
New York Brewery, and so forth.
